What sailing and cruising information does the Wiley Nautical Almanac contain?
The Wiley Almanac includes the following information for 150 ports and harbours from Lowestoft to Padstow and the continental coast from Vlissingen to L’Aber-Wrac’h:

- Tides for 2010 – times and heights of high and low water, primary and secondary tides, graphical tidal streams and rates
- Tidal streams Animated tidal stream graphics with spring and neap rates for Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and English Channel. Select Tides from the menu bar and then click on the tab for Tidal Streams to view the stream direction and rate of tidal flow in each hour.
- Weather forecast – 1-7 days including wind direction and force in knots and Beaufort scale, sea state, air temperature, cloud cover, sun and moon rise and set
- Europe-wide weather: 1-7 days including wind direction and force in knots and Beaufort scale, sea state, air temperature, cloud cover, sun and moon rise and set. The interactive Europe weather map allows you to select any point, at sea or on land, anywhere from the Baltic to Rockall and from Cape St Vincent to the Adriatic and Greek waters. When you are online it delivers a 6-day forecast with 3 hourly updates for the first 3 days; If you are offline it displays the last forecast you downloaded for that position.
- Ports & Harbour navigation waypoints, aerial photographs, charts, navigation and pilotage notes
- Reference section: including information on Navigation, Communications, Safety and UK and Continental Weather sources
- Local facilities: contact details for marinas, fuel, restaurants, chandleries, marine engineers, etc
- Notices to Mariners and Trinity House advice updated on issue
