It's not all dodgy accents and bad acting!
Bet you didn't know that the U.K was actually a great place to surf! If you were one of the few that watched ITV's Echo Beach, you probably thought that the only surfers around the U.K were ex soap stars with dodgy Cornish accents, but there are actually some pretty cool surf breaks around England, Scotland and Wales. For example, did you know that not only is Essex known for having the second longest pier in England (interesting, I know) but Walton-On-The-Naze is a great place for beginner surfers. South Wales is also a cool place to surf with some of the largest tidal ranges in Britain including Llantwit Major and Crab Island. Want some inspiration this Summer?
