WILL THE SHOW GO ON? by David Palmer

So was Earls Court Boat Show, the upstart, the face of winter shows in London? The jury will probably remain out for another twelve months once we have seen Excel in January and Earls Court have had another, more organised stab at it. Amongst exhibitors the feeling for the show was positive with many already committed to next year.

Our huge stand took days to lovingly construct:

Thanks to all who worked on the stand, helped us out, bought a book, drank some beer, downloaded a weather forecast, dropped in to say hello or otherwise made it a fun 10 days in Earls Court.

EARLS COURT BOATSHOW ATE MY LIFE by the Wiley Nautical team

Earls_ct_boatshow_ate_my_life Its almost here... the catalogues are printed, the books are being delivered, the press packs are written. I'm sure I've forgotten something but what it is? Who knows. At this late hour who cares?

GETTING THE JACKET RIGHT by David Palmer

How many people does it take to get the right image for a book jacket? Last Friday saw a fine collaborative on the water in Chichester Harbour to get that perfect image.
