Harbour Representatives
Author: Wiley Almanac Team
The Wiley Nautical Almanac Needs You

The Wiley Nautical Almanac has proven to be an invaluable resource for sailors. To ensure we are able to maintain accurate and relevant regional information, the Wiley Nautical Almanac is recruiting for local Harbour Representatives.
What does this involve?
There will be two elements to the role:
- We would like our Harbour Representatives to proudly represent their own harbour(s) be they English or Continental. You will have the opportunity to help your fellow sailors and share your local knowledge with the UK sailing community.
- Harbour Representatives will also feed to the Editor local nautical information which might otherwise not be available.
The Representative would know their own harbour(s) well, be of an enquiring mind and enjoy a good working relationship with the harbourmaster. They would keep an ear close to the ground so as to be aware of future developments. All correspondence is preferably by email.
In return for this help Wiley offer complimentary copies of two Wiley Nautical books each year.
Wiley Nautical have published over 140 titles, with more on the stocks, covering all aspects of sailing and nautical life. To browse the full range of Wiley Nautical books please visit our bookshop
How do I apply?
If the above interests you, please email the Editor, Neville Featherstone, n.featherstone@tiscali.co.uk with a summary of your
nautical experience and qualifications and which harbour or harbours you would be happy to represent.
We look forward to hearing from you.
