'Oh wow!'
One of the highlights of working for a publishing company is when the advance copies of a book arrive from the printers. Although we've all seen the it time and again on a computer screen, it's a whole new experience holding (and yes i admit stroking) the final printed book. So when the first copies of Miles Kendall's stunning new book, Ultimate Sail: 100 Extraordinary Experiences, came in there was something of a scramble to get the first copies.
Miles has travelled the world as a sailing writer and journalist. In this book he has picked the 100 experiences that really sum up what sailing is all about - from cruising up the Amazon or competing in the America's cup to sailing under the Northern Lights.
We'll be giving away free signed copies and posting some free pages from the book on wileynautical.com later this month. Watch this space.

Ultimate Sailing Adventures will be publishing 30th October and will be available from all good high street and online bookshops and chandlers.
